Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia with Mueen Akhtar

Discussing art during a group exhibition 
A Group exhibition of painting was organized in Lalit Kala Academy New Delhi in October 2015. Many renowned artists participated in it. Among them, Artist Mueen Akhtar is also one of them who exhibited his two watercolor painting. 
This exhibition was the series of Vishal Sharma's Famous exhibition series named Range of Color. Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Shri Manish Sisodia inaugurated the exhibition. Very Simple and calm Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Shri Manish Sisodia previewed every painting and appreciated the work done by the artists.
Mueen Akhtar exhibited his two watercolor paintings which were painted by him on his favorite them airplane. In his paintings, he painted two scene- one from the scene of IGI Delhi Airport and the second painting had the scene of Srinagar Airport. His works were purely in watercolor and spread and transparency of watercolor was very effective and attractive which drew the attention of the audience there.

Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Shri Manish Sisodia while previewing the exhibition, moved towards the painting of Artist Mueen Akhtar. He stayed there for some time and watched his paintings minutely. Then he appreciated the work done by Mueen Akhtar. He talked to Mueen Akhtar about the theme, techniques, and inspiration of his artwork.
